About Me
Since 2012, I have worked with individuals and families in need of social and therapeutic support, across both the state and private sectors. My qualifications include an Honours Degree in Social Work (with a major in psychology), a Postgraduate Diploma and Master of Philosophy in Palliative Medicine, as well as certificates in general counselling, bereavement counselling, trauma counselling, coaching, and mentoring.
Approach
My approach is flexible and personalised, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
