Work often shifts between present concerns and the symbolic life of dreams, offering an alternate way to notice habitual responses and small openings for change. Whether meeting in Denver or by secure video in English, sessions move at an attentive, unhurried pace — sometimes tracking bodily sensations, sometimes sitting with an image that surfaced between meetings. I offer gentle experiments, image exploration, and values-focused choices so insights translate into lived shifts. This approach tends to suit adults navigating change, grief, anxiety, or evolving caregiving roles.
