Rebecca Berg

Associate Counselor

Specializing in depth therapy and dreamwork for people facing life transitions of all kinds. The goal is to help you kindle curiosity about self and others, and to build feelings of aliveness, so that you can go through life more forthrightly as yourself. My approach is supportive, non-pathologizing, and collaborative.

About Me

Facing significant life changes can feel overwhelming. I offer depth therapy and dreamwork to help you explore these shifts with curiosity. Together, we can uncover insights about yourself and others, fostering a greater sense of aliveness. My supportive, non-pathologising approach creates a collaborative space. Here, you can truly be yourself, navigating transitions more forthrightly.

Approach

Work often shifts between present concerns and the symbolic life of dreams, offering an alternate way to notice habitual responses and small openings for change. Whether meeting in Denver or by secure video in English, sessions move at an attentive, unhurried pace — sometimes tracking bodily sensations, sometimes sitting with an image that surfaced between meetings. I offer gentle experiments, image exploration, and values-focused choices so insights translate into lived shifts. This approach tends to suit adults navigating change, grief, anxiety, or evolving caregiving roles.
