About Me

I am an experienced Counselling Psychologist providing trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. I offer a safe, confidential space to explore past experiences and understand how they impact your present life. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-worth, and develop healthier coping patterns. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on meaningful, long-term emotional healing.

Approach

I help people translate painful memories into manageable steps, focusing on present patterns and choices rather than overwhelming details. In my Thane practice and via secure online sessions in English, Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam, we set a comfortable pace that respects readiness. Sessions blend calm reflection with practical tools—breathing, boundary-setting, small behavioural experiments—and I offer clear tasks between meetings to track progress on anger, anxiety, relationships, mood and burnout. This way of working suits adults seeking steady, collaborative growth and relief from past and current pressures.
