Ms Rashi Goyal

Counseling Psychologist

I believe in active listening and offering a window to vent thus creating a conducive setting for my clients and supporting them.

About Me

When life feels overwhelming, a space to truly be heard can make all the difference. My aim is a calm, supportive setting where you can share thoughts and feelings freely. Through active listening, I help you unpack what's on your mind, allowing you to vent without judgement. This approach suits those seeking genuine support and a safe place to process their experiences.

Approach

I create a quiet, attentive space where you can release what feels heavy and together we map practical next steps. Sessions in Mumbai or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, move at your pace—sometimes focused on immediate coping for burnout or relationship strain, other times on gently exploring patterns behind behaviour and choices. Between meetings I may offer brief grounding practices or short reflections to try, and we review what helped and adjust. This way of working tends to suit people facing transitions or recovery who want steady, collaborative support.
