I work best with thoughtful and introspective individuals who are interested in exploring their inner world in depth. Many of my clients have already engaged in therapy, personal development, or contemplative practices and are looking for a space that integrates psychological insight, body awareness, and a deeper exploration of consciousness. This work is particularly meaningful for people going through periods of life transition, personal questioning, or inner transformation.

About Me

I am a clinician with formal training in psychoanalysis and over 25 years of clinical experience. In my youth I was a professional contemporary dancer, and in the past seven years I have expanded my practice with body‑oriented psychotherapy and consciousness‑expanding modalities. I work therapeutically with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups, integrating somatic awareness, depth psychodynamic insight, and experiential techniques to support healing and personal growth. I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and dissociation, psychosomatic and chronic pain, relationship and attachment difficulties, identity and life‑transition challenges, those seeking greater self‑awareness and emotional regulation, and individuals navigating spiritual awakening.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychoanalytic understanding while also integrating body awareness and a broader transdisciplinary perspective on human experience. Psychoanalysis provides a framework for exploring unconscious dynamics, emotional patterns, and the deeper meanings behind thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Through dialogue and careful attention to the unfolding process, therapy can help reveal patterns that may not be immediately visible in everyday awareness. At the same time, my work recognizes that psychological life is not only cognitive or verbal. The body, emotional states, and subtle forms of awareness often carry important aspects of our experience. For this reason, the therapeutic process may also include attention to bodily sensations, emotional expression, and the ways in which the mind and body interact. My intention is to create a space where psychological insight, emotional experience, and embodied awareness can come together. This integrative perspective allows therapy to support not only symptom relief, but also deeper personal understanding and transformation. Each process is unique, and therapy unfolds at its own pace depending on the needs and readiness of each individual.
