Suluhu Integra

Suluhu Integra Therapy Consultancy

Licensed Psychologist

Experienced and compassionate Licensed Consultant Counselling Psychologist and Court-Accredited Mediator, working with adults, children (ages 8–17), and their parents. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychological care and structured mediation support, helping clients move from distress and conflict toward emotional wellbeing, clarity, and sustainable resolution.

About Me

A Licensed Counseling Psychologist and Addiction Counselor supports adults, children (8-17), and their parents. I bring a compassionate approach to life's complexities including addiction, family dynamics, and emotional well-being. Utilising FST, MCBT, DBT, and ACT, they develop clear interventions tailored to individual needs. Clients navigating challenging transitions or court-related matters find practical guidance. This ensures a steady path towards understanding and lasting resilience for all.

Approach

Evidence guides a practical, attuned way of working: I blend focused assessment with compassionate listening to turn unclear problems into manageable steps. In steady, paced sessions—in English or Kiswahili, in my Eldoret clinic or online—we set short goals, practice skills (MCBT/DBT/ACT‑informed), and use simple between‑session tasks and brief check‑ins to track change. The process feels direct yet supportive, suitable for adolescents, adults, and parents seeking clear direction through transitions, conflict or recovery.
