Counselor

Offering private counselling sessions which are affordable focusing on the therapeutic relationship

About Me

I offer affordable private Counseling, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship for your growth. In our sessions, I create a calm, supportive environment where you can feel truly heard and understood. This approach makes Counseling accessible, allowing us to work together at your own pace. Clients find this focus helps them feel safe to explore difficult emotions and find clarity, fostering lasting change.

Approach

Sessions centre on a steady, collaborative rhythm where your priorities shape each step and we notice what helps you feel safer to try new ways of relating and regulating. I work with you in Dungannon or online in English, keeping sessions paced with short, practical tasks alongside quieter reflection so things feel manageable. Between meetings I offer simple exercises and clear explanations to practice skills in everyday moments, helping ideas land. This way of working suits young people and adults coping with anxiety, anger, attention or relationship stresses.
