I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-exploration. My ideal client is motivated to understand themselves and their patterns, open to reflective work, and ready to engage in strategies that promote lasting growth. Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional regulation, or support in improving your relationships, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space tailored to your unique needs.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I provide adult individual therapy, couples counselling, and formal assessments, integrating evidence-based approaches. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their patterns, gain clarity, and develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I bring humour, honesty, and empathy to every session, helping clients make meaningful change while feeling seen and understood.

Approach

I take a collaborative and personalised approach, recognising that each client’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. I focus on helping clients build insight, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life transitions, anxiety, and relationship patterns. Sessions are interactive and reflective, and I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to take actionable steps toward their goals. I bring humour and real-world practicality to our work—because growth doesn’t have to be all serious, and sometimes a laugh can be just as powerful as a breakthrough.
