About Me
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I provide adult individual therapy, couples counselling, and formal assessments, integrating evidence-based approaches.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their patterns, gain clarity, and develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I bring humour, honesty, and empathy to every session, helping clients make meaningful change while feeling seen and understood.
Approach
I take a collaborative and personalized approach, recognizing that each client’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique. I focus on helping clients build insight, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life transitions, anxiety, and relationship patterns.
Sessions are interactive and reflective, and I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to take actionable steps toward their goals. I bring humour and real-world practicality to our work—because growth doesn’t have to be all serious, and sometimes a laugh can be just as powerful as a breakthrough.
Services
I provide individual therapy, couples counselling, and formal psychological assessments. My services are designed to support adults and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-exploration.
Each session is personalized to your unique needs, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in your life. I focus on practical, real-world solutions while keeping the process engaging and approachable—because therapy should help you grow, not just sit in a chair talking.
