Ms Rachel Bennett

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I offer Eco Existential AEDP therapy, blending parts work, somatic processing, and attachment theory with a nature-based foundation. With extensive trauma training, I provide an empathetic, experiential approach, empowering clients to navigate emotions and foster self-acceptance and growth.

About Me

I guide individuals to navigate difficult emotions and foster deep self-acceptance. My approach, rooted in extensive trauma training, blends nature-based foundations with experiential methods like somatic processing. This creates an empathetic space where all parts of you are welcome. We can work together to understand your inner landscape and cultivate genuine personal growth.

Approach

Sessions unfold through a gentle balance of felt-sensing, parts dialogue and grounded reflection to help you orient to difficult feelings. I offer in-person work near Palmer Rapids and secure online sessions in English, so we can connect where you feel safest. We move at a tolerable pace, alternating brief somatic experiments, attuned listening and practical steps you can try between meetings to strengthen relational safety and daily resilience. This way of working often fits adults facing trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, relationship strain or burnout.
