Counseling Psychologist

An empathetic and passionate therapist, I graduated from UCL, London. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to discover themselves, increase self-awareness, and learn new skills and coping mechanisms to manage new challenges.

About Me

As an empathetic and passionate therapist, I offer a safe space where you can truly discover yourself. We'll work together to increase your self-awareness, helping you understand your inner landscape. My aim is for you to learn practical skills and coping mechanisms. This will equip you to manage life's new challenges with confidence. This approach suits those ready to explore their feelings and build lasting resilience.

Approach

We work through gentle exploration and clear, step‑by‑step practice so you can notice patterns and try different ways of responding to tough moments. Based in Delhi, I work in English and Hindi/Urdu and see people both in person and online, keeping sessions focused, paced to your comfort, and tailored to what feels most useful right now. Sessions mix reflective conversation with simple, practical exercises you can try between meetings to build confidence and steady change. This approach tends to suit those facing body image concerns, eating challenges, stress or transitions.
