Ms Puja Roy, MSc

Psychologist

Working as a therapist over 6 years. My counseling approach is to be compassionate, understanding, having unconditional positive regard, and having friendly demeanor when working with clients.

About Me

When you're navigating health or life's challenges, finding a truly supportive space makes a difference. I offer a compassionate and understanding approach, drawing on over six years' experience to gently guide you. I aim to create a friendly, accepting environment where we can explore your concerns together. Here, you can find clarity and build resilience for your well-being.

Approach

You’ll find sessions move at a gentle, conversational pace, shaped by your needs and readiness so we can explore concerns without rush. From my Kolkata office or online I offer English, Bengali and Hindi/Urdu sessions, using short mindfulness practices, reflective prompts and occasional creative tasks to help you notice patterns between meetings. Work is collaborative: we set small, practical goals, track shifts, and tweak our focus as life or health changes. Many people facing relationship strain, body-image worries or burnout find this steady, hands-on rhythm helpful.
