Psychoknowmics was started in 2015 to create awareness about what goes into making healthy mental health. Our psychological well-being is dependent on the quality of our thoughts, attitudes, emotions, and behaviours. Psychoknowmics helps you identify and make the required changes to help you achieve your individual, relationship, career, or life goal. We provide both online and offline sessions to help you create emotional strength, healthy self-esteem, relationships & life.

Approach

At Psychoknowmics, we believe therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you understand yourself, strengthen your emotional resilience, and build a life aligned with your values. We offer a warm, non judgmental, and collaborative space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. Our work integrates evidence-based approaches, including: • REBT & CBT to identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns • Emotion-focused work to process difficult feelings • Values-based approaches to support meaningful life choices • Relationship insights to improve communication and connection What Therapy With Us Focuses On ✔ Building healthy relationships and boundaries ✔ Strengthening self-esteem and self-worth ✔ Managing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm ✔ Understanding recurring patterns and triggers ✔ Developing emotional regulation and resilience ✔ Creating lasting, sustainable change How We Work We believe change happens through awareness, acceptance, and intentional action. Our role is to help you: 1. Understand the “why” behind your patterns 2. Develop healthier ways of thinking and responding 3. Build emotional strength and self-trust 4. Make choices aligned with your values Therapy at Psychoknowmics is not advice-giving; it is a guided process that empowers you to become your own support system.
