About Me
Approach
Experience-working in clinical settings providing counselling to children, adolescents, and adults. Understands the importance of active listening, guidance & motivation in the life of children and adolescents. Possess a strong sense of Enthusiasm, Compassion and Commitment to help people to cope with mental health issues, emotional blockages, substance abuse and other challenging situations using a person-centered approach and a range of other psychotherapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, NLP techniques and other systematic approach to suit the client’s needs.

I have 4 yrs of experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, motivation, self esteem, confidence & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I tailor the dialog and treatment plan to meet the unique and specific needs of the individual. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower them in that journey.
