Ms Priya Lodha, MSc

Counseling Psychologist

An experienced, trauma-informed therapist, working with adolescents and adults, by creating a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to unwind their concerns.

About Me

Adolescents and adults may find a safe and non-judgmental space here. As an experienced, trauma-informed therapist, I guide clients through their concerns. We gently unwind difficult experiences together. You can explore feelings without pressure, making sense of challenges at your own pace. This approach helps you gain clarity and build resilience, creating a path towards lasting well-being.

Approach

Here, I help you slow things down so we can notice how your body, thoughts and relationships respond to stress and change. In Chennai or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions are paced to your rhythm: sometimes brief check-ins, sometimes deeper bodily work or reflective tasks between meetings. I pair careful listening with small, practical experiments and grounding practices that help you try new ways of relating to old material. Those facing transitions, burnout, trauma or relationship strain often find this steady, collaborative way of working helpful.
