About Me

I am a licensed psychologist and professional mental health counsellor based in Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. I work with people facing abuse, life transitions, mood disorders, and identity issues. I provide assessment, counseling, coaching and online therapy focused on clear safety steps and practical coping skills.

Approach

Sessions begin with immediate safety checks and we shape a simple, shared plan so you know the next small steps. In Colombo or online, in Sinhalese or English, sessions are paced to your rhythm: focused short-term skills when mood or crisis needs steadiness, deeper identity or relationship work when you’re ready. I use brief assessments and practical exercises between meetings to track progress and build confidence. People navigating loss, abuse, transitions or low mood often find this steady, pragmatic rhythm helpful.
