About Me
Approach
I practice non-directive, person-centred counselling. Being empathetic and non-judgmental are the pillars of my practice. Our counselling sessions would be a collaborative space for us to work together on your concerns and/or goals.
I ensure that I provide a safe space for all identities.
Working on myself and my own mental health are also important to me, especially because it helps me provide better mental health care to my clients.
Services
In sessions, we work on addressing a variety of concerns (e.g. anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts).
Sessions are conducted on video call or over the phone. The first consultation (30-mins) is free. I charge Rs 350-500 for students and Rs 500-750 for others. Charges vary for Indians living abroad.
