There comes a time when we need someone to talk to. Sometimes in life, we don't feel heard and feel alone. Precious is a personal construct therapist who works with adults, couples, and families.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Edenburg, Gauteng, South Africa. I treat adults experiencing abuse, anger, relationship problems, grief, and mood disorders. I provide relationship counseling and practical skills to manage emotions and rebuild trust.

Approach

Sometimes you need a space where your story is mapped and made sensible; I help people untangle their beliefs about themselves and relationships to see new options. In my Sandton consulting room I work in English and seTswana, pacing sessions to your rhythm, blending careful listening with practical experiments and short between-session tasks to test new ways of relating. Sessions tend to be collaborative and grounded, focusing on rebuilding trust, managing intense feelings and practical steps forward. People—individuals, partners and family members—who want clear, steady change often find this way of working helpful.
