In my Sandton office and via secure online sessions I offer English, Sesotho, seTswana or isiZulu so we can work in the language that feels most natural. Sessions move at your pace, with focused exploration of difficult memories or relationship dynamics, practical grounding techniques and simple experiments to try between meetings. This approach often suits adults facing trauma aftereffects, relationship strain or persistent overwhelm.
