About Me
I help individuals understand how their thoughts and feelings impact their physical well-being. Drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I guide you to connect with your inner experience. We can explore practical tools to manage stress and foster a sense of calm. This approach is particularly helpful for those wanting to reduce anxiety or find balance by integrating mind and body.
Approach
I invite curiosity about how sensations in your body, moods and thoughts interact, then gently test different ways of responding so change feels manageable. In English and from my practice in Stellenbosch or via online sessions, we use short in-session experiments, guided present-moment exercises and simple homework tailored to your day-to-day life. Sessions are paced to suit you — reflective one week, active the next — with practical steps to try between meetings and space to review what shifts. This way suits people wanting steady, embodied change.
