Dr Philé Möller

Counseling Psychologist

I am an experienced and compassionate Counselling Psychologist. I am always humbled to be in the position to listen to an individual's life story and be a part of their process.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I offer a compassionate and dedicated space. I help individuals explore their unique life stories, believing in the profound value of being truly heard. We work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences, fostering understanding and growth. This approach suits those navigating complex feelings or life changes. I aim to be a supportive presence, walking alongside you without judgement.

Approach

Humbled by the trust clients bring, I focus on how we unfold your story together—gently, deliberately and at your pace. In my Pretoria practice and through online sessions in Afrikaans or English, I offer a steady, contained space where pace, safety and clarity guide each meeting. Sessions typically weave reflective exploration with practical, experience-focused techniques and clear steps to try between appointments, attending to patterns in mood, attention, trauma or loss. This measured, collaborative rhythm often helps when life feels confusing or overwhelming.
