“I offer psychological services to adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be experiencing emotional, personal, relationship or work-related challenges. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can talk openly, gain clarity, develop healthier coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change.”

About Me

I provide counselling services to adolescents, youth, and adults, helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and life-stage challenges. My passion lies in family and couples counselling. Relationships are central to well-being, and I enjoy supporting families and partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger connections. I work in a multi-disciplinary practice and offer services in English and isiXhosa.

Approach

I believe therapy works best when there is enough time and space to notice what is happening without feeling rushed. Whether we meet in person or online, our sessions combine thoughtful reflection with practical steps you can try between sessions. These might be simple exercises or small changes to how you respond in everyday situations, which we can then talk through together. Our work is collaborative. We set a clear focus for each session, check what is helping, and adjust things as we go. My approach is particularly suited to people who want practical change while having the space to reflect and better understand themselves and their relationships. I work primarily with communication and connection, navigating conflict, parenting challenges, and the complexities of blended family life. #SIZEKA~~ BE OPEN TO HELP
