About Me

About Me I offer professional online counselling in English for adults living in Sweden who are seeking support with emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety, low mood, life changes, or personal development. My clients include English-speaking Swedes, international professionals and expats who prefer to work therapeutically in English while living in Sweden. All sessions are provided online via a secure video and follow the same ethical, confidentiality and professional standards as in-person counselling. Who I Help Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting — especially when you are navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, or emotional challenges. I offer a supportive, confidential, English-language counselling space where you can explore what matters to you, at your own pace. Who I Work With I work with adults seeking supportive, confidential counselling in English, including those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, low mood, depression, life transitions, or work-related pressures. I also specialise in bereavement and grief, providing a compassionate space to process the death of a loved one or other significant losses. My work is integrative and relational, informed by over ten years of professional experience, UK-trained counselling qualifications, and my degree-level background in philosophy and theology. This combination supports reflective, ethical, and analytical engagement with clients’ experiences, helping them navigate the emotional, practical, and relational challenges that arise in personal and professional contexts.

Approach

My Approach I use an integrative, client-centered approach, meaning I draw on multiple evidence-informed therapeutic frameworks to respond to the unique needs of each individual. My training in philosophy and theology enhances my work by encouraging critical reflection, ethical awareness, and deeper understanding of life meaning, while my clinical experience ensures that practical support is always central. Sessions can be long-term or time-limited, online or in-person, depending on your needs and circumstances.
