Licensed Professional Counselor

To help individuals, families, and society heal, restore the broken being from the roots, find the life purpose and transform through counselling, mentoring and coaching.

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Associate Counsellor based in Kerugoya, Central Region, Kenya. I offer ACT, counseling, coaching and community programmes for adolescents and adults dealing with addiction, anxiety and conduct issues. I use a practical, direct method that builds coping skills and reduces stress and burnout.

Approach

The approach is grounded in creating a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative environment to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. I employ an integrated approach tailored to each individual's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavior therapy, humanistic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, trauma-informed approach, and many others.

My primary goal is to foster a strong therapeutic alliance, build trust, and encourage self-awareness. I work actively with clients to identify patterns that may contribute to their distress, develop coping strategies, and set achievable goals
