Miss Pelaelo Masalesa

Psychologist

Palaelo Masalesa is a Clinical Psychologist full time in private practice. I have worked with a variety of diverse groups across different races, languages etc. My private practice offers Physical One-on-One consultations, virtual consultations, short & long term therapies, child/play therapy for children as young as 5

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist in private practice, I help diverse individuals and families navigate life's complexities. My approach welcomes all backgrounds, offering both short and long-term therapy. Whether through physical one-on-one or virtual sessions, I create a supportive space. I also provide specialised child and play therapy for young clients. Children as young as five can find their voice here.

Approach

Full-time practice allows me to shape sessions around the practical needs you bring, meeting in Pretoria or online and speaking English, Sesotho, seTswana or isiZulu. Sessions move at a pace you set: focused assessment when helpful, attentive listening, collaborative problem-solving and play‑based moments for younger children to show what words can’t. Between meetings I often suggest simple, measurable tasks and share observations to track progress, adjusting the rhythm for shorter or longer pathways. This way of working suits individuals, couples and families seeking practical, culturally attuned support.
