Ms Shruti Aggarwal

Registered Clinical Psychologists

I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to provide a safe, stimulating and supportive space to manage an array of Mental Health Concerns.

About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. I help individuals and families manage relationship problems, addiction, anxiety, conduct issues, and grief. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessments, psychometric testing, child and adolescent therapy, and relationship counseling.

Approach

Beginning from a place of respect for each person’s story, I guide sessions with clear structure and gentle curiosity so clients know what to expect while we explore difficult patterns. In my Bengaluru clinic and via online sessions in English or Hindi/Urdu, I blend focused assessment moments with practical, paced skills work — sometimes setting short between-session experiments or reflections to track change. Many people finding clarity around relationships, habits or transition feel supported by this collaborative, down-to-earth rhythm.
