Paulina Habuda

Certified Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a psychologist, sexologist and psychotraumatologist. I also work as a certified Level I EEG Biofeedback therapist. I am a member of the Polish Sexological Society. I am currently in my second year of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) training, which broadens my skills and allows me to support the people I work with even more effectively.

About Me

My extensive life experience and the problems I observed around me allowed me to understand how important mental health, healthy relationships, healthy thinking and healthy expression of emotions are. My personal struggle with ADHD allowed me to develop techniques and ways to deal with the chaos in my head and in my life. Education and the degrees I obtained allowed me to organize all this and gain a theoretical foundation.

Approach

In my practice, I combine a cognitive-behavioral approach with dialectical behavior therapy techniques.
