Mrs Paulina Dysko

Registered Social Worker

I work with adults, families and groups impacted by trauma and other life adversities. Anxiety, anger, grief , illness, and feeling lost are just some of the struggles my clients face. In my practice I use EMDR to help my clients process traumatic memories and move on without carrying heavy weight of trauma with them.

About Me

I work with adults, families, and groups navigating the weight of trauma and life's adversities. When anxiety, anger, grief, or feeling lost feel overwhelming, I offer a supportive space. I use EMDR to help you gently process difficult memories. This helps you move forward without carrying the past's heavy burden. My approach helps those feeling lost find a clearer path, building resilience for the future.

Approach

When the past feels too loud, I guide sessions with steady pacing—short check-ins, grounding somatic noticing, and paced memory processing so you stay present while exploring difficult material. In London I see people in person and I also offer online sessions in English or Polish; between meetings we may set small, practical tasks to test new responses and build safety outside the room. The work is collaborative and paced to your tolerance, and tends to suit those wanting to reclaim calm and clearer direction.
