Mrs Paula Benhaddad

Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I am a Person Centered counsellor based in Fife. I see clients in person in Auchtermuchty and Cupar, or online and outdoors in my local area. Please see my website for more information.

About Me

I offer a truly Person Centred approach, providing a safe space to gently explore what's on your mind. My aim is to deeply listen and accompany you as you discover your own path forward. This way of working is ideal if you seek a supportive, understanding environment. Here, you can process feelings and gain clarity. We can connect indoors, online, or find calm walking outdoors.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that move at your pace, often beginning with what matters most that day and unfolding through gentle questioning, reflective silence and practical experiments between meetings. In person in Auchtermuchty or Cupar, online or walking locally, I tune into how your body, history and cultural background shape responses to loss, stress or changing roles, helping you name patterns and try small, value-led steps. Many people coping with grief, illness or cross-cultural strain find this steady, accepting way of working helpful.
