Mr Paul Schmider

Counselor

I help men rediscover resilience as an affordable telehealth based counsellor. I work with clients facing relationship or post-separation issues, parental alienation from their children, experiencing depression, stress and anxiety. I also help those seeking to rediscover meaning and rebuild purpose in their lives.

About Me

For men navigating life's demanding transitions, I offer a supportive, practical space. I help clients grappling with relationship shifts, parental alienation, or the weight of depression and anxiety. Through accessible online sessions, we guide you to rediscover meaning and rebuild purpose. My aim is to help you find practical paths to greater resilience, no matter your current challenge.

Approach

Helping men rebuild steadiness, I focus sessions on practical shifts—small experiments, values-based choices and clear skills practice—to move beyond overwhelm toward usable change. From my Brisbane base I offer English-language telehealth appointments that are structured, time‑efficient and paced to suit work and parenting commitments. Sessions blend short in‑session exercises with straightforward between‑session steps and psychoeducation so you leave with tools you can try right away. This approach often fits men managing separation, parenting strain, anxiety or low mood.
