I various techniques from BT, CBT, ACT and mindfulness to help you explore your experiences and emotions while also teaching you new coping skills. Contact me and lets talk.

About Me

Our Counseling sessions begin with what matters most to you. Together, we'll explore your experiences and emotions, making sense of what feels difficult. I use techniques from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you develop practical coping skills. This collaborative space is for anyone seeking clarity and effective ways to move forward.

Approach

You’ll lead with what matters most, and together we’ll turn that into short, practical goals we can try between sessions. In my Brisbane clinic or online I pace work to suit your life—sometimes gentle reflection, other times active experiments, breath practices and thought-focused exercises to shift unhelpful patterns. I check in often so we can adapt what’s working and build small habits that ease anxiety, stress or behaviour challenges. This way of working tends to suit people who want clear, steady progress.
