Approach
When we meet I'll pair attentive listening with gentle curiosity to surface patterns behind relationship strain, addictive behaviour, anger or anxiety. Sessions in English from La Línea de la Concepción or online are relaxed, confidential and paced to your needs, with focus shifting between immediate coping and longer-term meaning. We use reflective dialogue, practical coping strategies and periodic assessments to track progress, and I often suggest short between-session experiments or coaching tasks to try new ways of relating. This steady, collaborative pace suits those facing family pressures, addiction or past abuse.
