Paul Brown

Counselor

I am an integrative counsellor/ psychotherapist who works with creativity and imagination to access the inner resources of the individual.

About Me

I offer a welcoming space where you can **explore** your inner world. Using creativity and imagination, we can gently access your unique resources. This approach is especially helpful if you feel stuck or traditional talk therapy hasn't quite fit. Together, we can uncover new perspectives and build on your strengths. My integrative training allows me to tailor our work to support your personal journey.

Approach

Sessions move between gentle exploration and practical skill-building, inviting playful experiments that help you notice and work with your inner resources. I offer face-to-face work in Norwich and online in English, shaping pace and focus around what feels manageable for you. We may use guided imagery, mindfulness practices and narrative reflection to shift patterns tied to anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties or trauma, and agree small, doable steps between meetings to deepen change. This approach often suits people who’ve felt stalled by more traditional formats.
