“A psychologist for those who live between worlds: those who arrive, those who return, those who feel foreign even at home, and gifted, neurodivergent and intense minds. English and Italian.”

About Me

Feeling out of sync happens to those whose minds run faster, or deeper, than their surroundings. And it happens to those who moved countries, or moved back, and found that "home" is no longer just one place. Many of the people I work with belong to both groups: that overlap is exactly where I work. A psychological path helps you find your own voice again and learn to listen to your needs. I trained and worked in South Africa and Italy. I have lived between worlds myself: two careers, two continents, two languages. I feel a deep affinity with curious, profound minds, with those who have multifaceted, unconventional talents. I like to describe my work as a process toward a clearer sense of identity, integration and purpose. I see people in my practice and online, and I walk with them in nature and city's parks (Walk & Talk). In English and in Italian. The first introductory call is free: a chance to find out together whether this is the right path for you.

Approach

My approach is person-centred and narrative, and I integrate what I have learned in different countries and traditions. Person-centred means that I trust you already have the resources you need to find your way: my job is not to fix you, but to offer a space where you can hear yourself clearly enough to use them. You set the pace and the direction. Narrative means that we work with the stories you carry about who you are, where you come from and what you are worth, and with the labels others have given you. Some of those stories were written by a school system, a family, a country or a workplace that did not know what to do with a mind like yours. Together we look at them, question them and make room for the ones you choose. With people who live between countries and cultures, we often work on identity, belonging and the strange grief of not being fully at home anywhere. With gifted, neurodivergent and intense minds, I usually work in the phase after an assessment, not on the assessment itself: what to do with a label, how to integrate it into your story, how to live with intensity without shrinking. Practically: we start with a free introductory call, to find out together whether this is the right path for you. Sessions take place in my practice in Milan, online, or walking in the city's parks (Walk & Talk). In English or Italian, and sometimes in both.
