After years supporting young people and partners, I shape sessions around clear, stepwise work that honours each person’s pace and sense of safety. I see clients face-to-face in Johannesburg, offering care in English and Afrikaans and inviting caregivers into parts of the process when it helps. Therapy blends careful exploration of past hurt with practical tasks—short between-session exercises, communication coaching and reflective feedback—so patterns feel manageable and choices clearer. This approach often fits families and individuals navigating trauma, transitions or stuck relational rhythms.
