About Me

For First Responders navigating the aftermath of challenging events, finding a truly understanding space is vital. I guide individuals through the complex impact of trauma, offering a truly client-centred, trauma-informed approach. My extensive experience means I deeply understand the unique pressures you face. We can explore practical ways to process difficult experiences, tailoring each session to your specific needs, helping you rebuild strength and find stability.

Approach

Grounded in practical experience, I focus sessions on paced, concrete steps that help you make sense of what happened and reduce daily overwhelm. In my Grande Prairie office I work in English, keeping sessions collaborative and focused—short check-ins, targeted skill practice, and space to process difficult memories at a rhythm you can tolerate. Between appointments I’ll suggest simple grounding and reflection tasks you can try, then we review what helped. This approach tends to suit first responders seeking steady, actionable support.
