About Us
We are a Counseling Centre in Uasin Gishu, Rift Valley, Kenya. We offer relationship counseling, child and adolescent therapy, general counseling and spiritual or faith-based counseling. We work with individuals, couples and families to address emotional and relational concerns.
Approach
Listening closely, I guide clients through a steady, collaborative process that honors each person’s pace and cultural or spiritual values. In sessions in Eldoret or online, conducted in English or Kiswahili, we set clear short-term steps, check progress between meetings, and use conversation, practical exercises and family-inclusive planning when helpful. The work feels focused but gentle—rooted in safety, respect and realistic problem-solving.
