Registered Social Worker

My works reflect my commitment to helping people create balanced, purpose-driven lives and thriving relationships. Respected for a compassionate, no-nonsense approach, I continue to impact lives through mentoring, workshops, and writing, inspiring others to unlock their potential and build futures defined by strength, clarity, and self-leadership.

About Me

With over a decade of transformative experience, I am a passionate and purpose-driven Social Worker, Child and Youth Care Practitioner, and certified Life Coach. Holding a BA Degree in Social Work and a certificate in Child and Youth Care, they bring more than 13 years of combined experience supporting individuals, families, and youth through life’s most critical challenges. As a certified NLP Life Coach with 10 years of coaching practice, I specialize in personal growth, emotional resilience, and behavior change. My work is deeply rooted in empowerment and self-discipline—core themes explored in their published books, The Art of Self-Discipline and A Marriage Maintenance Guide.

Approach

Therapy unfolds as a collaborative, paced process—small experiments, honest reflection and steady skill-building that translate into everyday change. I offer sessions in Bloemfontein and online, and work in English, Sesotho, Sesotho sa Leboa and seTswana to make the work accessible and rooted in your context. Sessions mix focused listening, practical exercises and clear goals; between meetings we try out skills, track what works and adjust together. People seeking grounded, action-oriented support tend to find this approach helpful.
