I serve as a steady, compassionate guide, helping you access you own inner resources so you can reclaim wholeness and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself to gracefully tackle your mental health concerns

About Me

I’m a compassionate CDA-licensed psychotherapist based in Dubai, with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, UK. I offer a person-centered, trauma-informed practice that blends evidence-based models with Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and mindfulness. Shaped by life across multiple cultures, I bring warmth, presence, and cross-cultural sensitivity into every session. I support individuals through a wide range of challenges — to cultivate self awareness, heal their parts and achieve meaningful growth — always holding a supportive space with deep respect for each person’s path. I speak fluent English and Arabic.

Approach

At the heart of my work is helping clients cultivate a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy approaches such as IFS—a model that embraces the multifaceted nature of the human mind and is not related to family therapy—with Somatic and Mindfulness Practices. Each of these modalities offers a unique pathway for exploring the mind–body–environment connection, cultivating inner wisdom and compassion, and building resilience. Above all, I value the client–therapist relationship and the therapist’s presence and attunement to the client.
