Miss Olga Vicha, MSc

Psychotherapist

I provide individually-tailored clinical interventions based on the needs of my clients.

About Me

I offer a tailored therapeutic space where we can explore your unique experiences and challenges. Drawing on systemic insights, we consider how relationships, life experiences, and wider contexts shape your wellbeing. Mindfulness-based practices may also support greater self-awareness, helping you respond to difficulties with more clarity, balance, and calm.

Approach

My approach is Systemic and Mindfulness-Based. I use individually tailored interventions to guide our work together, drawing on systemic mapping and brief mindfulness practices to explore patterns in relationships, thoughts, and bodily responses as they emerge. Together, we focus on what feels most meaningful and helpful, sometimes incorporating simple between-session practices to deepen awareness and support new ways of relating. This approach can be particularly helpful for people experiencing anxiety, family tensions, chronic illness, or changes in mood.
