You might be living abroad, working in an international environment, or building your life far from your home country. You may feel successful on the outside, yet inside you struggle with stress, anxiety, emotional overload, loneliness, relationship difficulties, or a sense of not truly belonging anywhere. Many of my clients are expats, immigrants, and internationally mobile professionals who face unique emotional challenges: adapting to new cultures, building relationships far from home, balancing demanding careers, coping with pressure, burnout, identity questions, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I also work with Polish clients living abroad who want to work in their native language while receiving professional, structured therapy. You may be experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, low self-esteem, relationship or intimacy difficulties, trauma, or challenges rooted in long-standing emotional patterns. You may also feel stuck in repeating cycles — in relationships, work, or self-criticism — and want to finally understand and change them. In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and build healthier ways of coping, relating, and living. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, we will work in a structured yet compassionate way, focused both on relief from current symptoms and on deeper, lasting change. If you are looking for professional, evidence-based therapy combined with warmth, understanding, and genuine human connection, I would be happy to support you on your therapeutic journey. I work online with clients in English and Polish.

About Me

I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and certified Schema Therapist, a psychologist and sexologist, with over eight years of clinical experience working with adults and adolescents. I support clients from many different cultural backgrounds, with a special focus on expats, immigrants and internationally mobile professionals, as well as Polish clients living abroad. My therapeutic style combines professionalism, structure, warmth and genuine human connection. I believe that effective therapy is built on a safe and trusting relationship, where you feel truly heard, understood and accepted. At the same time I work in a structured and goal-oriented way, helping you gain practical tools, deeper insight, and lasting emotional change. In my work I use evidence-based approaches, mainly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, which allow us to work both with current difficulties and with deeper emotional patterns that may have developed earlier in life. Together we focus on understanding your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, breaking unhelpful cycles, and building healthier ways of coping, relating, and living. I gained my clinical experience in hospitals, mental health centers, and private practice, working closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams. Alongside my clinical work, I have also been involved in academic teaching and professional training, which helps me stay up to date with current psychological knowledge and best therapeutic practices. I deeply respect each person’s unique story, values and pace of change. My aim is to create a supportive, safe, and confidential therapeutic space, where you can explore yourself openly, gain clarity, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. I offer online therapy in English and Polish
