Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

Our being and deep patterns of behaviour are both held in the body and transformed through it. My work is enriched by various somatic psychotherapy modalities I’ve trained in, including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Brainspotting (BSP).

About Me

I help clients explore how deep patterns of behaviour, often held in the body, can be gently transformed. Drawing on somatic modalities like Brainspotting, I guide you in processing experiences at a deeper level. This approach is particularly suited for individuals seeking to shift persistent emotional or behavioural challenges. We aim to foster lasting change by addressing root causes held within.

Approach

Learned ways of feeling and moving are carried in the body, and in sessions I gently guide attention to present sensations, images and subtle movement to open new possibilities. I work from my Geneva office and online, speaking English, Italian and Russian, keeping a steady, attuned pace so you feel contained while we explore. We track felt experience, use focused attention and trauma-sensitive reprocessing, then bring small, practical experiments into daily life between sessions. This approach often helps people navigating trauma, chronic pain, relationship strains or persistent emotional patterns.
