About Me
Approach
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, body-oriented, and spiritually-informed methods. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where we explore your emotions, beliefs, and patterns. With a background in pastoral care and a Master’s in Psychology from Swiss Montreux Business School, I combine therapeutic presence with deep listening and tailored guidance. I work with both adults and children, helping to navigate anxiety, confusion, relational struggles, and life transitions, while respecting your values and inner journey.

Services
I offer emotional and spiritual support through integrative counselling and soul care, grounded in my academic background in psychology and over a decade of experience. My services include one-on-one online consultations for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, family challenges, emotional confusion, and life transitions. I also support parents of children with special needs, especially non-verbal children.
As a certified Christian soul care provider (Diploma, Ukraine), I work with clients who seek depth, meaning, and values-based clarity in their inner life. I do not offer clinical diagnoses or psychotherapy under Swiss law, but instead focus on reflective conversations and practical strategies that foster well-being, personal growth, and emotional awareness. Sessions are available in English and Ukrainian via Zoom.
