Approach

At our Tripunithura centre and through secure online sessions, we focus on practical, measurable steps that families and individuals can use day to day. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: brief structured activities, simple skill-practice, and clear feedback in English, Malayalam, Tamil or Hindi so learning carries into home and school routines. Between meetings we set short, achievable tasks and review progress together to adjust strategies. This approach suits caregivers and young people who prefer focused, skill-based work with regular check-ins.
