About Me

I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, low mood, identity questions and relationship issues. I have experience supporting people with the impact of chronic or life-limiting illness, grief and loss, and have worked extensively with neurodivergence. We will work together to explore your story beyond diagnostic labels and find what truly helps you. I hold a space where diversity is celebrated and where you can safely express yourself.

Approach

The therapy approach will be flexibly adapted to suit your needs, drawing from systemic therapy, specialist cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), compassion-focused therapy and eco-psychology. My style is embodied, trauma-informed, and attuned to neurodiversity, cultural backgrounds, and our connection to nature.
