About Me

As a child psychotherapist, I draw on over seven years of experience supporting mental well-being across different ages. My work with young people focuses on helping them navigate emotional challenges and build resilience. I aim to create a calm, understanding space. Here, children and adolescents can explore feelings and develop practical coping strategies. My broad background allows me to tailor support to each family's unique needs, fostering lasting positive change.

Approach

My sessions begin with gentle curiosity, inviting young clients, parents and older people to share what matters most at a pace that feels safe. From Kigali I work in person and online, offering therapy in English, French and Kinyarwanda so families can connect in the language they trust. Through brief assessments, playful and conversational work, and collaborative goal-setting we build practical coping skills and try small experiments between meetings. This steady, practical way of working often helps those facing loss, behaviour challenges or difficult life transitions.
