verified by TherapyRoute

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. I offer non-judgemental psychotherapy. Online sessions now also available.

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a non-judgemental space where you can explore challenges openly. My approach helps you feel truly heard and understood, fostering a sense of safety. Clients seeking acceptance will find a supportive environment here. You can decide to meet in my Bryanston practice, or access sessions conveniently online. We will work together to make sense of your experiences.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, with careful listening and occasional focused interventions to help untangle patterns that keep you stuck. Whether we meet in Bryanston or online, I offer sessions in English, siSwati, isiXhosa and isiZulu and adapt tempo and tools to suit children, adolescents, couples and adults. Between meetings we set manageable steps and reflections you can try, returning to what worked and what needs adjusting. This way of working tends to suit people facing transitions, loss, relationship strain or persistent mood and anxiety difficulties.
