Nothando

Mrs Nothando Willis

Counseling Psychologist

I am an integrated based Psychologist working with Individuals of all ages, Children & Couples presenting with a variety of difficulties.

About Me

I offer tailored support for individuals, children, and couples of all ages. When facing diverse difficulties, you might value a flexible space to explore. My integrated approach means we explore various perspectives and tools together, finding what truly resonates. Sessions then focus on understanding your unique experiences, helping you build effective ways forward. This ensures your specific needs are always met.

Approach

Building on that focus, I work collaboratively with you and, where relevant, your family to shape each session—sometimes exploratory, sometimes structured—guided by what feels most useful. In my Sandton practice and online (English or isiZulu), sessions balance clear steps, creative tasks for children, and reflective moments, with gentle pacing and practical goals we review together. I may use focused assessments to clarify patterns and suggest small experiments between sessions. This way of working often suits people seeking practical change and clearer relationships.
