Nora Elmi guides women toward greater joy, wellness, and confidence. Her individual Counseling approach is rooted in understanding each woman's unique journey. As a Black Muslim Therapist, she creates a deeply affirming space where cultural and spiritual identities are honoured. She helps clients navigate challenges, fostering strength and self-belief. Through this collaborative work, women are empowered to embrace their authentic selves.
Approach
To help clients claim their next steps, I guide sessions with intentional focus—gentle pacing, clear goals and room for cultural and spiritual values to shape the work. In my Ottawa office and online, we notice patterns together, try short experiments between meetings, and use reflective questions and practical strategies to strengthen everyday choices.
