Ms Noelle Fahy

Psychotherapist

I am a Person-centred, Integrative and Trauma-Informed therapist. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and addiction.

About Me

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can truly be yourself. Here, we gently explore your experiences together. This helps you understand what you need to heal and grow. My person-centred approach supports your personal development, offering a grounded place to find clarity. It's ideal if you seek a safe environment to explore your unique path forward.

Approach

I shape sessions around what feels most pressing for you, pacing work to your readiness and focusing on small, achievable shifts that build safety and agency. I offer appointments in Galway and online in English, so we can fit therapy around your daily life. In-session we use reflective dialogue, mindfulness practices and practical regulation tools tailored to experiences of anxiety, low mood, stress or addiction, with brief exercises to try between meetings. This approach often suits adults navigating transitions or recovery who want steady, practical support.
