About Me

I enjoy guiding children (6+), adolescents, and young adults through their unique educational and career paths. As an Educational Psychologist, I conduct thorough assessments to clarify individual strengths and needs. This can be very illuminating. We then explore relevant Counseling and psychotherapy, offered individually or in groups, to build confidence. My aim is to help young people navigate challenges and find clear direction.

Approach

Assessment often opens a clear map we use to shape practical steps and gentle therapy that follow each young person’s pace and priorities. I work from my Empangeni base and online, offering sessions in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu so families and teens can speak naturally; sessions feel focused, paced and collaborative. We translate assessment findings into short exercises, values-based choices and agreed actions between meetings, with space for parents or schools when helpful. This way of working helps those seeking clearer decisions and steadier confidence.
